I've been crazily in the hunt for a good car to 'replace' my R8 (needing more room, and have another sports car). Fell in love with the V8.

The B5, B6 Avant certainly fits my needs. Looking for -

Excellent condition, solid service history
Either under 75k miles or would accept higher with either timing chain service or commensurate pricing to allow
Non silver, non gray
Oddly, would accept 6 speed MT or automatic. More interested in history and condition


Willing to pay up for right car, willing to travel. (I'm in southeast US)

Well, it's now at least partially obvious that I'm an idiot -

I put "B5 or B6" when I clearly meant "B6 or B7". Okay, one strike for me. (Or I could just pretend I was seeing if you were paying attention! )
