Default Kumho ECSTA ASX...Good? Bad? Or any other recommendations?
I'm trying to spend around 90-110 per tire...
17x45x225...

Default Good tire for the price.

I am hoping to use them in winter as well.

The Extreme Contact does do better in snow than the Kumho ASX.
