Murdered-Out Audi RS6-R ABT Gets A 740 HP Powerplant
Dutch tuner Roobol Exclusive Cars’ murdered-out Audi RS6-R ABT can accelerate from 0 to 62 MPH in just 3 seconds.
Audi’s RS nameplate has an exciting history. Even with electrification taking over the world, RS6 Avant is one of the most potent super wagons money can buy. However, we can always count on Auditography to bring us creations from ateliers who know how to push the performance envelope to its absolute limit. In one of its recent videos, the YouTube channel offers a quick look at a murdered-out Audi RS6-R ABT, making a menacing racket.
The pièce de résistance of this murdered-out 2022 Audi RS6-R ABT is its gorgeous Mythos black paint job. Rotterdam, Netherlands-based outfit Roobol Exclusive Cars is responsible for this fierce offering. The Dutch outfit will only produce 125 examples of the RS6-R ABT. This super wagon is also an electrified offering and uses mild-hybrid technology.
Under the hood of Roobol Exclusive RS6-R ABT, we find a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 powerplant. The TFSI motor can produce 597 HP of power and 553 lb-ft of torque in its stock tune. The Dutch tuner managed to bump the power output to 740 HP and 679 lb-ft (920 Nm) of torque.
Roobol Exclusive also tested the hyper wagon, and the results were impressive, to say the least.
According to the tuning company, this RS6-R ABT can accelerate to 62 mph from a complete standstill in just 3 seconds. Roobol Exclusive’s offering can also accelerate to 124 MPH in 10.4 seconds and achieve a top speed of 199 MPH. The engine is mated to a quad-tip sports exhaust system and makes an intoxicating noise.
In addition to a set of black ABT wheels, Roobol RS6-R ABT also rides on an RS plus sports chassis, which gets damper control. Furthermore, the car also gets four-wheel steering and a sports differential. Throughout the video, we are cinematic shots of the all-black RS6-R greet us as it tears across the back roads of the Netherlands countryside.
The stopping power comes from a Brembo brake setup which flaunts a contrasting red color scheme. Inside the cabin, the seats are wrapped in perforated Valcona leather. The dashboard and the roof trim also get Audi exclusive Napa and Alcantara leather treatment, respectively. Prices for Roobol Exclusive Audi RS6-R ABT start at around $290,000.
