Alright first thing I can think of is this. Get a new battery, or get yours checked. from there, clear all of your codes, this should allow you to see what comes back up. Then when they start coming up you can narrow it down. These pay just be pending DTCs that appeared which will happen if its not emmission related. Way to be Audi.

 

another thing to do. Open up the select palet and then go to engine. open up measuring blocks and go MBs 14 and 15. This tells you all the misfire information that you should need. MB 4 will tell you voltage or should. All of these are for my b5 a4 1.8t but they should work. give them a try
