Default Read a LOT more before you do anything.

All the answers are here. Search. Nobody is responsible for blowing up your car but you - and at the rate you are going that will happen soon.

i actually did read alot, and alot about you. i know you did the 4 to 3 wire swap, but im still confused on what type-a MAF's persist of? do all of there sensors have the 4-pin connector because i plan on basically just swapping the sensor into my large bore housing. but if the connector on the sensor is 4 pin i wouldn't know what to do. i dont know why your doggin me soo much i know i don't know as much as you but im still learning and just need some advice so i don't blow up my car haha.. so just either give me a quick explanation to help me learn or don't read or reply to my posts.

Default You won't be able to swap just the sensor to your housing, the mounts are different.

You will need to use the whole MAF. Just cut out the middle sampling tube, do not mess with the bore of the MAF at all, and do not smooth out the ridge that runs around the middle of the MAF.

The correct size of o-ring is in the archives somewhere. I'm not comfortable repeating it again since someone else came up with it. It will keep you from getting too lean.

Even better would be paying the master to mod your MAF for you. It will come with an o-ring pre-installed, and will out-flow what you can do yourself by a wide margin.

The Man.

Default I'm pretty sure the mounting point locations on the Type-A maf are different then the non-a

the bolts are on opposite sides i believe. You'll need to use the Type A housing as well as the sensor.
