A mfg cannot just "void" a warranty. Legally they need to prove the part in question caused the problem. Modified ECU on a turbo car, yeah, you could have some problems. However, the APR programme is a solid product, I plan on getting it for my new Tiguan.

I am averaging about 28 mpg. I drive it real easy and only open it up on occasion. I got 30.5 mpg on my vacation from PA to NC. These are by the computer readings.
It really depends on how hard you run it. I put it back to stock mode this morning when I went to work, what a toad.

In the end though it all pretty much comes down to how much you can your right foot as once you have the power your probably going to want to use it!
