Programming help
There's no excuse for a dealership not just doing the replace function on the replacement unit to program it for your VIN and clear the component protection. If your dealership is a tool, then find an Audi familiar indy shop to do it. Half hour labor, done.
One of the programming bits is whether you have an outboard B&O amp or not. If it came from a vehicle that did and you don't, then it's coded wrong and you won't get any audio since the internal amp is disabled at the moment. But even coded correctly, you won't get entertainment audio without the component protection (CP) reset. And that requires ODIS with a live subscription to the Audi overlords.
