Lower it manually to where you want it, then press and hold the close button on the trunk until the tail lights flash 3 times (might make a tone too) and it will remember the new height.

Thanks, by manually do you mean literally by hand? Once its at the top, I feel I'm using a lot of force to lower it. If you mean press the button to lower it to the correct height and press and hold the button, I've done that.

You can press the button to lower it and then stop it again (then hold it until the lights flash) but usually do it by hand. Do what you're comfortable with. You can do it electronically first and then again by hand if you're just trying to adjust a small amount.

Yup. Press and hold the button till the tail lamps flash. That's how it works in my A7.
