00' non xenon headlamps same as xenon headlamps?
Is there a difference in the projectors of a non-xenon headlamp and a xenon headlamp?
Basically, will adding xenons to a non-xenon headlamp be equivalent to factory xenons? Are euro spec headlamps better in some way? thanks

If you liked melted plastic....
Stick Xenon's in stock '00 Halogen casings. However, if you are the wise man that I know you are, You'll buy Euro spec S4 casings that have the proper fit for Xenon lights in your A4.

No the housings are not the same, but
yes the non xenon's can be used for a xenon conversion
the bulb types are different H7 vs D2S
