I just purchased the 034 snubber with bracket and am curious about how the bracket is used? How is the bracket installed? I did not get any installation instructions with the kit. TIA

Assuming that you can get the old one off, you'll see that it is quite obvious.

The 034 snub is a tight fit into the 034 bracket. You can try to heat the snub in the microwave, lube it, etc to ease the installation. (I would not trim it as suggested in the article). If you can't get it fully seated, it should suck itself in once you tighten everything back up (bumper).

FYI, for my 01 A4, the OE bolts were too long to use with the 034 bracket.

had to dremel @1/4" or so off of the OEM bolts.
