A leak down test would tell you how much pressure is being leaked out from the valves or rings.
You have really bad compression on 1 and 2, does look to be a ring issue but you really need to do a "leak down" test to know exacly what % you are loosing in each cylinder and if its leaking because of bent valves, bad valve seats or bad rings.

Yeah the car shakes really bad and it shuts off but it does turn on and run but once you hit the gas you hear scraping.
I'd probably pull the valve cover first. If everything looks ok there (cams bearing caps are secure, chain looks ok, etc) then pull the head to see the condition of the valves and piston tops.
