2-piece black E-code headlights?

Has anyone installed these on their car?
I check on some old posts which say that 2-piece headlights never came E-code.
There are a few sellers on Ebay that I have left questions with. Just waiting for a response.

I just want to know if they are a good buy.

i have looked at a ton of posts

and realy wanted them myself, but most signs point to no. i guess they kinda suck.

only way to do it is to install e-code projectors in the 2-piece smoked housings.

Who is the manufacture of your lights. I was told by the Ebayer, that the lights were Procarparts, which I havent heard anything good about.

Any pictures of your car?
