2000 pricing question

I am interested in purchasing a 2000 A4 1.8T Quattro with 9,000 miles on it.
it just went in for it's 10,000 mile service and came back clean.
the options are as follows.
xenon
spoiler
sport package
convience package,
bascially everything, but the cold weather package
including bose..sunroof, and sport seats and the like

anyway, the dealer is asking $24,165 for it.

what do you guys think about the price?

What kind of warranty is the dealer giving you?

the rest of the original warranty.. should i ask for something else?

Try to get the full warranty. Not sure but when I bought my 2001 A4, I was looking for a used one with only 1 year so I can get more options on it.

One of the things he did was to give me more warranty instead of a cheaper price. Anyway in the end, I settle for a brand new A4 with min options - no quattro! But after all I am in Las Vegas and will move to LA, CA so I will not have a lot of rain and snow so I don't really need quattro. Plus I am a mild driver and seldom take the car to the max little.
