30v with CEL throw

I'm new to the 30v, but I have been messing with 10v and 12v audi's for a pretty long time. My girl and I just bought a 1998 A4Q with 90000 miles. Three days later the Check engine light comes on and I pulled these codes with my VAG-Com.

16795 Seconday Air Injection, Incorrect Flow Detected.

16684 Random/Multiple Misfire Detected

1688 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected.
All codes were intermittent and the car still runs perfect. I don't have a Bentley for this car yet so I don't know how serious this is. I'm not sure where to get started.

Start off with a nice tune-up...

Plugs, air filter, fuel filter, etc. Clear codes and see if anything comes back.

Check plugs and wires?

Wires tend to go around 90-100k. First code I'd guess was airfilter, but that could be way off.

for the 16795, there was a recall by audi. free repairs, and they shoudl give you a loaner.

and like the others said, check & replace plugs, and possibly wires.
