just curious how you plan to deal with the ECU programming?

Just going to take a 99.5 nDBW ECU and drop it in? I guess it could work on a 2000.. wouldn't on a 2001 because of the VVT.

I am about to buy a chip for my 2001 A4 (in like 2 days), is APR putting out a new version of the Bar 1.0? What the F' is goin on?

more trouble than it's worth.

Don't forget that the intake manifold and TB would have to be changed...not to mention ECU, adding throttle wire and who knows what else.

There isn't THAT big of a difference, at least not worth attempting to change the car to nonDBW. I got a 13.6/100mph at full car weight and with a bad launch. Only got two runs in that night and felt there was plenty more to be had.
