wait, is that w/ lwfw or stock?
i agree about the engine braking and not rev matching will shorten the life of your clutch by a lot and i hate when some ignorant people say that it doesn't do any harm when doing this.

I have the same setup and my clutch squeaks almost daily.
it sucks, i hate the squeak.
and on another note, i find it harder to launch my car with less rotational mass on the flywheel, it seems like the car is bogging down a lot more than it used to.
