You are having a wheel sensor issue, a common problem dating back to the earliest days of ABS. Which corner did you work on just before the problem started?

Yes. Use VAG-COM to check the speeds registering at each sensor. It should be easy to tell where the problem is.

My vagcom couldn't pickup which wheel speed sensor it was when I had this problem because the ABS wasn't throwing a code. I had to go around to each wheel, remove the wheel, and check on which sensor wasn't seated properly. It ended up being my front right sensor, it was simply pushed out about 1.5 mm. I pushed it in and presto, no more issues.

You need to look further than a simple code. Dirty or unseated sensors do not throw codes. You can use the measuring blocks to view the readings all sensors simultaneously in graphical format. It's very easy to spot the lazy one.

Very good, I did not know that. Which blocks do you measure?

I don't recall offhand. I generally just start at 1 and work my way up. There are not many choices, so you'll find it quickly. There is also a button for graphical representation. It's pretty cool.

It is pretty easy to identify, I don't have a picture though.

The are behind your rotors and you'll what they are because a wire will be running from the top of the wheel well down the shock and to the sensor. Here is what a new one looks like:
