achtuning is full of **** (long)
just to recap, i ordered ecodes from achtuning on sunday the 9th. i added overnight shipping as to get them in a reasonable timeframe. it was a holiday weekend, so i didnt really expect any communication until tue. when wed rolled around and i still hadnt been contacted and noticed my credit card had been charged, and that my order status hadnt been updated, i emailed them. no response and no ecodes. i emailed again on friday, no response, no ecodes.
last monday i made this post:

and magically on wed the 15th achtuning finally got around to emailing me and saying that the ecodes were infact shipped out. however, they made no mention of a tracking number or an estimation of when they were to be arriving. i emailed them back on wed, and as expected, have gotten no response.
well, here it is monday, no ecodes, and no communication. this leads me to believe one of two things:
1. achtuning is full of **** and have yet to send my ecodes.
2. achtuning is full of **** and did send my ecodes but didnt send them overnight as i requested and paid for.
to achtuning: you guys have a really nice site with some nice products, and i would have loved to have ordered other things from you. however, your lack of customer service have really let me down. in the future i suggest not billing people until items physically ship, and if something is on backorder, take the time to email the customer and let them know what the hell is going on.

get a refund and buy mine... they have about 50 miles on them.
HID ecodes. Im asking for 450.00. These are practially brand new. I still have the boxes and original packaging
