Advice please

I just found a fully loaded 2001 A4 1.8t with 8500 miles on it for 24995. I cant seem to get a used car quote for this vehicle anywhere. Do you guys think this is a good deal? I could lease it for $396 per month plus tax but I would probably prefer to buy, if this is a good deal..

Seems pretty good, if it has quattro & sport package. Mine was $30.9k new

Yikes. I got my 1999 2.8 fully loaded brand new for $31.2k !!!
