AEB replacement....

I have a 98 A4 tqms. The #1 cylinder has low compression and wont pass emissions in AZ with the CEL on. I have found an ATW and am wondering if I can use this as a direct replacement to get the car back on the road. I did a quick search but didnt find anything that would confirm being able to do this or not. Your help is much appreciated.

Drop 4 pistons and new rings in, much cheaper.
