i prefer to business with companies which present themselves in a somewhat professional manner.
The owner of that business does not qualify as such. Just recently he shattered trust with a few members on the s4 forum. He promised that a motor was going to be sold to a member (im leaving names out), the member in anticipation of this new motor parted out his old stuff so that he could be ready to take in the new motor. The owner at the last minute sold it to someone else (even though it had been designated for the other guy)... now the guy who was originally going to purchase it is stuck without a running car until he can scrounge up enough money to get his car on the road (i think ETA was a year).
That recent atrocity combined with an attitude of superiority over anyone else leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. I've been to the shop, i've seen what's there, and quite frankly he's well setup. He has the tools, the space, the know how...
just as a person he's less then a model citizen. Combining this with his "shady" dealings, I wouldn't want to be associated with his company in any way/shape/form.
There was also the incident with CF moon roofs that eventually got resolved. If you can search some of the owners posts, his "better then all" attitude comes shining through. Considering he has a wicked shop, amazing knowledge, and a large following it's understandable why so many people flock to him... but his attitude will dissuade many potential customers...
elaborate enough?
