I want to replace the rear speakers in my Audi A4 2000 1.9TDi but do not which speakers to buy and which amp. I would also like some information on the front speakers and also a sub in the back.

skip the rear speakers.............
If money is a concern, skip the rear fill, it's not needed if you do the front soundstage correctly. Spend a little extra on good front speakers and have them installed in custom kick panel enclosure.
Then all you need is a 2 channel amp (or a 4-channel with two bridged for a sub).
