that looks bad ***! did you just cut and file the middle supports form the s4 bumper? how exactly did you do it?

Default Approximately how high are those cutouts on the left and right?
I'm getting the S4 bumper next week and I was just wondering if I could cram full size rally lights in down there - do you know how many inches of room I've got?
