Any tips for getting a stuck abs sensor to come out?

If you're doing your rear bearings, don't take it out if it's stuck.
Not worth risking the breakage.
Lift off rear sear lower cushion, unplug sensor from connector, pull through floorboard, remove with rest of hub.
To put it back in just take a coathanger and slide it through the open hole in the floor, attach sensor, and pull back through. Put rubber plug back in place.
I'm not sure about the fronts.
Done. Those things are too expensive to break.

I bought a can at my autozone in Mass. It is "like" wd40 but it is what you want to use.
I forget exactly but I think wd40 displaces moisture and lubricates. pb blaster is a penetrating formula that actually breaks down the rust.
