Anyone ordering a 2001.......

Have you heard when to realistically expect the car to reach the dealerships, for delivery?

I am in the same boat. I live in Toronto and one of the sales representative from a local dealership told me they won't hit the showroom until September or October.

I had placed an order on 4/1 and was quoted May production. Delivery month will be July/August.

I was told late Aug, early Sept. I live near
S.F., dealer says cars get "off the boat" in
San Diego . . . don't know if East Coast
deliveries arrive sooner or not. Good luck!

Damn dealership. By the way, it was Queensway Audi/VW in case anyone of you here is from Toronto. I will go ask another sales rep from another dealership to confirm about this.

By the way, the sales rep that was working with me didn't even know about the changes on the 2001 A4 lineup until I told him. That's sad.

Yea. I'm in Kentucky, and they told me 1st builds are May 1st (170hp, side curtain air bags std.), and probably July delivery...
I still don't have pricing yet... anybody have this and what would be a fair value to pay?
