Arbitration Process PLEASE COMMENT
I recently filed with the BBB and am set for an arbitration hearing with Audi.....I need all your help to prepare for this...I want to win this case because I have had problems with my 98 A4 since I bought it..so here goes....1) How should I prepare for this? 2) What should I take with me and not take? 3) what are some ways to win?

With the little I know, here is what I'd do.
Yell... alot. They like to hear someone yelling. It shows authority. Threaten. No, don't threaten their business, threaten their lives. If my life was threatened I'd be scared of you. Snarl, a lot. During the meeting, kick something at least 3 times. If none of that works you will have to use the secret method. Grab your chest with your right hand and say "I've got a bomb strapped to me!"....works every time.

Arbitration II ( sorry about that) PLEASE COMMENT
Sorry about that folks...I have been having numerous problems with my 98 A4 since I bought it...it has been in the shop over 15 times in one year...mostly turbo related items..and keyless entry not working...now the idle fluctuates and it runs like crap...I filed with the BBB and they told me that Audi wanted to repair my vehicle one last time and offer me an extended warranty which I denied..I am now taking the case to arbitration to get my car replaced or get my $ back...herein is the dilema..how do I go about winning the case?
