audi a4 2.8

hi
i was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to install an instrument cluster out of a 2000 audi s4 and put it into a 1996 audi a4 2.8 quattro. what do i need to do? the cluster looks the same. but i dont know if the connections in the back are the same. only difference the 96 cluster has is on the technometer the clock is anolog not digital.

the plugs are totally different....u would need the wiring harness from S4....lots of $$$
