audio question

i got a question(99 a4 2.8q bose system) I replaced my stock bose head unit and tossed the old unit thinking I wouldnt need it. Now I need to put stock unit back into the car. (possibly taking system out) So I go to the dealership and they tell me they need the old unit or else I believe AoA will charge $5OO? because the old unit isn't there. the 99 A4's use a concert headunit

Any will work. Hope your installer didnt cut the harness. Make sure it comes with the security code as well. Unless its the 99.5 which had the symphony
