Boost controller
Justin
it may feel like 200hp...but i assure u it isn't, there's a conversion somewhere...i'll post if i can dig it up. (every X psi = X hp)
1. Boost is adaptive in the bosch system using a manual it attempts to spool the turbo full blast at any RPM range.
2. The K03 needs to back off at around 4,500rpm especially the 97-98 turbochargers which are the smallest K03's with the old sleve shaft bearing. K03-0005 is the weakest turbo so you will need to start saving for a turbo replacement soon just in case.
3. you won't throw codes in the car as long as you keep the frequency valve plugged in. but you will run lean
4. only way to upgrade the fuel system is by chip an FPR might help but it is a band aid fix it will only help you by 10% estimated. if you upgrade your injectors with out proper chip tuning your car will never start and will bog all the time.
5. Watch out for pings these cars ping real nice with high boost, more air no fuel = bye bye engine.
I seriously doubt you have 200hp inorder to make HP you need fuel. Basically the ECU will adapt but won't cover the high demands of the boost. i would estimate your power to be around 180 with 200 ft of torque. that kick *** feeling you get is low end Torque not HP don't be fooled.

boost is good but you really need more than that. save up for a turbo upgrade/replacement before you fry the one you have
But I got a T3/T4, not a good idea cause you will prolly get a kick back if you run more boost then the chip is designed for. Also the K03 is pretty small and that turbo is gonna explode spinning that fast at that high of RPM. Your making a lot of heat that way.
