Boost sensor on DBW intercooler question...
Does anyone know if APR FMIC has a boost sensor? APR would not give me a straight answer. If not, what will this do to a DBW 2000 A4 1.8T with APR stage III? Thanks.

The pics of the first one showed that it was installed on the
top end tank which is the hot side, it was also using a harness to extend the reach for the sensor to go on the front of the car.
Not sure they meant to put it on the hot side, but by doing so it keeps the ecu from seeing any pressure drop added by the fmic. This also means the boost sensor will see higher temps which will also increase the psi it will be seeing.
