Broken E-Codes from SPP

I got some E-Codes from SPP for Christmas and when I opened up the box, I noticed that one of the mounting tabs was bent down. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the tab was basically broken off and just hanging on by a thread. Alls it took was a me touching it and then it broke completly off. When I opened the 2nd box, the same mounting tab was allready broken off and lying on the packing paper. Has anyone had problems similar to this in the past and what should I do? Does anyone know how SPP is with exchanges? Will they pay for shipping? I sent them an email, but have not yet recieved a reply. Thanks.

but seriously, they get tons of email so just call them.
