BUSTED.
One day after sharing my story of getting out of a ticket, I got busted by a small-town Barney Fife. I may have him on a technicality, though: on the ticket he wrote that my license is from South Carolina (wrong, I'm a GA resident) and that my car tag is registered in SC (wrong again). Since he's reporting incorrect info to the court about me AND my vehicle, can I get it dismissed??

I read a "how to fight a traffic ticket" thing a while ago....
And there are some mistakes made on a ticket that are automatic dismissals, and some mistakes that are over looked. I *think* i saw it posetd here, you may want to do a search, becasue I can't remember if the mistake your cop made was enough to get you out of it. It sounds like it may be though, since, as far as the ticket is concerned, that isn't your information.

Well.... if you don't do anything about - there's really no way they can trace U, right?
Think about it - you don't pay and don't show up to court - they would try to suspend your licence. They would be looking for Boostd from SC and there would be no record. End of story.

wrong. he wrote my address down right (even put GA next to that) but was wrong on my ...
license and tag registration. I want to castrate this ****er for hiding in the trees and going after the nicer car (I was pacing even with a late 80's Ford P.O.S.) When I drove back through there 5 hours later, he was sitting in the same exact spot. Son of a BITCH!

I got 3 tickets this year to date... 2 within the last month.
