Bypass Valve install ... help!
<center><img src="http://g8rules.dhs.org/Pics/Newcar/bypassvalve.jpg"></center><p>Ok I know how to get to the valve itself and loosen the bottom clamping ring (circled in blue), but the top one is a real PITA. I can't figure out how to loosen it. I know several people here have installed this and haven't mentioned any real problems, but how do I loosen that top clamp!!! ARG!! (I have it circled in the picture)

thanks guys.. with your help and also being able to locate another crimp clamp (or whatever you want to call it) near the top of the engine I was able to get it out. Still a PITA.. I wound up just busting it and getting a new clamp that has the flathead tightener (MUCH MUCH easier to work with!!!) Just went on a test drive and it seems fine. Man is that stock valve a piece of s%*@
