lol what a bs seller, atleast he was lying politely
so basically he's saying "it was fine and we destroyed it" or "we washed the title and carfax sucks so I can fax you a clean carfax".
I'd ask the seller to send detailed pictures from before the paintjob because as he stated "we painted the bumpers to give it something extra. no wrecks, no body damage,no dents." so if it was in their hands before the paint job that THEY performed they must have pictures from before the de-beautification
