CAPS page updated...some interface changes...

OTish: I didn't mention using an S4 driverside wheel liner in any of my CAPS entries...
that's one of those things I kind of assume everybody at the point of a K04 still using the SMIC has done. Think it's worth mentioning? Are you using an S4/modified wheel liner?
