This happens when I'm slowing down through a town or stuck on the interstate in heavy traffic (coasting basically) without stopping and then depress the accelerator. The car jerks and you can hear it knock, it's worse when running the A/C, but happens without it. Sometimes feels like it could stall but doesn't.

Runs fine cruisin on the highway, only happens at low speeds. If anyone has a clue I'd be grateful!!

Snub mount?

 

My car was doing that too - MAF sensor was going bad. Car stalled occasionally.

 

how are your plugs? How's the gas you put in?

 

I put 92 octane in it consistently and even add a booster now & then. Plugs haven't been changed, I'll check them.
