P1136 Fan Control Circuit Malfunction
That's what your codes mean. You may have a bad MAF, which is somewhat common.
When you say "recalibrate" your ECU, do you mean perform a throttle body adaptation? If so, put your key in the ignition, and turn everything on, but do not start the engine. Wait 30 seconds. Start your car.
It's probably a good idea to have somebody check the codes with a VAG-COM. The codes that you pulled are generic OBDII codes, and the VAG COM will give you more Audi specific answers.<ul><li><a href="http://www.steve-hall.com/cgi-bin/VAG-Locator.pl">VAG locator</a></li></ul>

P1426 Bentley recommends running output diagnostic test mode function 03 to test the fuel injectors.

If so, that should not cause you to run lean. If it is the hose on the other side of the intake manifold to the FPR, then you would run lean.
You may have some type of fuel delivery problem, but now I'm just speculating.
