Car is weaving bad, Why?

My car feels like it has a flat tire but doesnt.
The car doesnt track straight, weaves badly in the snow and the back end kicks out when I hit a bump> Any ideas? Would a bad alignment cause this? TIA

Check tire pressure and see it you have a blown shock.

pressure is fine, definitely not a tire problem

I'd say check your suspension then...

Make sure all the bolts are there and check your sway bar links.

Check them tie rod ends.
