CD Changer

Hi Everyone -- I have a 1998 A4 avant. It has the CD changer hook up in the back, but what CD changer is the best? Do I have to get the audi CD changer? Feel free to e-mail me personally at amyoboe1@yahoo.com

If you end up looking for an OEM CD Changer...........

I have one that I removed from my 1998.5 Avant. Count the number of pins on the connector and let me know what you have. I have a 13 pin Connector.

is that the same as the 01 changer?

I forget how many pins those had.. .been a while since I had a changer...

Put in a Panasonic 8-disc in my '98.5 Avant

Needed a hookup adapter; a company called P.I.E. makes them.<ul><li><a href="http://www.pie.net/">P.I.E. home site</a></li></ul>
