CEL was on...error code/theory ahead...need help!

CEL was on...error code/theory ahead...need help!
checked out my buddies 03 1.8t cause it had a cel on.
code that was pulled=
16825- evap emission control sys: incorrect flow
p0441-002-lower limit exceeded-intermittent.
....
after searching the forums i'm a little confused.
based on one person's listings (colonel bogey) <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/135018.phtml">This database is teh ****!</a>- it means it only occured once, which means i mysefl wouldn't really worry too much since it's the first/only occurance (it's been on for the past few days) (if it occured more, a diff. code would show up- similar but different)
2. possible gas cap
3. possible exhaust is rubbing/affecting the fuel lines that run up the driver side rear of the car
4. possible due to low fuel- car had low fuel light on, was started for 5mins 2days, drove around the block once next day, then last day it was started up for another 5 mins- was picked up the same day, and after driving away=when the CEL came on
5. possible problem with evap canister up in the engine bay
...
my thoughts thus far? probably just a gas cap/empty gas tank issue...i.e. a non-issue. if an error code comes up that's similar but shows that it's occuring more than once, then i'd take to dealer to figure it out
empty tank issue- simply because light didn't come on until it was driven away for more than 5mins....
- i would also take a look at the gas lines/vapor lines in the wheelwell, make sure everything is cool...
- again if it's evap canister, i'd take to dealer.
