CEL: knock sensors code and lean code... is it possibly the MAF?

CEL: knock sensors code and lean code... is it possibly the MAF?
didnt get to check the codes on a VAG, just pulled it up w/ a friends OBDII computer.
CEL went off while car was WOT, will the CEL likely go off again? do knock sensors need to be replaced?
also looks like its a little dirty around the fuel injectors, could this be a potential problem or is this normal?

lean at idle or partial throtle?
there are 2 possible different lean codes
it could be many things, bad MAF, vac/boost leak, bad o2 sensor
what is the knock sensor code?
need to provide a little more info.
