Check engine light on

Hey guys, great forum.
I have a 99.5 A4 80K miles. This week the check engine light came on and the engine started to shake like a cylinder misfiring. I checked the coil packs and foun out the #2 cyl not getting any sparks. I swithced the coil packs and still the same cyl. wasn't getting any sparks, so that's not the problem, I think!?! Any ideas??

Power Output Stage .. on top of the airbox. Edit . .also . .swap plugs to see if #2 is bad.
