Is a chip upgrade the same as getting an Electronic Valve Controller?
I was looking through carparts.com and ran across an "Electronic Valve Controller", which seems to do the same thing as a chip except that it is user controllable.
(Part# 4503-RA006 Electronic Valve Controller, Electronic Valve Controller IV)
Has anyone had experience with this? I'm a bit of a novice at this and don't even have my A4 yet. Should be in this week.
I was seriously thinking of chipping when I saw this. ANY THOUGHTS?
