Chips and low-end torque

Is anybody aware of chips for the 1.8T engine that do their magic at the low-RPM part of the torque curve? The curves that I've seen always emphasize the higher-RPM parts of the curve.

On a turbo engine the higher the rpm the more boost (to a certain extent)

Audi did the best possible on the low end already

this is why torque from the factory is flat from 1750 up. There is nothing that can be done under 1750 and very little between 1750 and 2400 rpm. From then on gooooo....
