Clear Coat Peeling
My clear coat is peeling big time on my hood and in little spots on my roof. Some rust has started to form in small spots on my hood. Is there a way to fix this without going to a body shop and spending a ton of money? Or is it not even worth doing this myself?

If you're getting rust it's far deeper than just the clear coat and you should have a bodyshop attend to it asap.

Paintsctratch.com has pretty good kits to fix this. You need some patience but for around $150 you might be able to fix it yourself.

Hey thanks. The paint has only chipped off in very small spots, smaller than a 1/4 of a penny. Does this site have clear coat finish as well? How do I verify the color?

You might also want to consider Dr. Colorchip if it's merely in the realm of "road rash." It really does work as advertised. Arguably better than manufacturer touch up paint and easier to apply.

You order by the size of the job. You need spray if it's larger than a dime.
Sounds like you need small amount of primer, spray can of base coat, spray can of clear + polishing compound.
They buy some fine wet and dry 600-1500 grit. Go at it.
