clear corner mod

does anyone have more info about the "microwave" method to remove the amber slide - you microwave your housing and the seal melts away giving you access to the inside.

Nice try. The housing will melt long before the sealant will. Trust me

If you really want to try that, try an oven not a microwave oven!

well, I know this is the common way for Acura guys to do it

and I haven't heard or a melted housing yet

I have helped my friend do it on his civic

you pre heat the oven at 350 for like 15 minutes, pop the headlights in for 7 minutes and it comes apart easy, we cleared his corners and plainted the inner housing black, it look good (for a civic)lol

get a drill, if you knew how much these housings cost would u still microwave them?

if I were to do this again I would get e-codes
