clear corner problems

Cant get piece loose. Drill is too big to drill though bottom tab (wont fit in area need to be drilled) what do i do?? I'm starting to regret staring this now!!

you could just get another drill bit, no?

That happend to me..

I couldnt get the amber lense out. i was drilling everywhere, and the dam thing still wouldnt come out... So i gave up after about 2 hours or so, i plugged the holes up with silicon. I actually ended up buying new Euro housings from PGperformance for about 300 bucks. I lost to my headlights, what can i say?

Try a "UNIBIT" aka , stepped bit.

I did this on my car this past sunday, whole thing took about an hour start to finish.
Plus, dont use compressed air, use a vacuum. the compressed air trick just blows all the little bits everywhere, not out the holes. good luck.
