not sure what model year you have but here's how on a 98.5....
you first have to remove the radio. Behind the radio there are two bolts. Once you get them out, the whole center trim can come out. It snaps in at the bottom and the top. I used a small screw driver and worked the bottom loose first... then just sorta swing it upward and it will come out. Once you get that piece off, you will see two bolts that hold the climate control module in place. Remove them and the whole assembly just comes right out... easy as pie.
