climate control code question

climate control code question
So the air flow flaps in my dash move back and forth about every 2 seconds...yes literally. The one thing I notice is that the climate control code 9c "Delta Value of Temperature Regulator Flap" jumps all over the place. It just looks like it's going crazy.
Can anybody tell me if this is normal, and if not, what this means and what I can look at replacing? Thanks!
