climate control issue
I'm having a bit of trouble with my climate control. 2001 1.8T quattro
I already tried to scan it with vag com and I get an error message that says it cannot communicate with the controller.
When the car's on the recirculating light is always on, but none of the other controls work, and the backlight doesn't even light up anything on the unit except for the recirculating button.
I bought another used climate control unit, and when I swap them none of the buttons light up, and nothing works, not even the recirculating button.
I'm at a loss here and really have no idea what to do. I wouldn't really care seeing as the weather is getting warmer now, but since it's not working the defrost doesn't work and that gets a bit dangerous.
